![]() My optimism stems from the fact that Games Workshop loves releasing new miniatures. So the missing teams can’t simply be re-presented this time. However 2016 was a continuation of the rules rather than the re-write that the 2020 edition represents. ![]() After all the 2016 edition launched with rules of only a few teams, and a hasty PDF was distributed soon after the release with the missing teams restored. I’m choosing to be optimistic at this stage. Owners of Norse, High Elf, Khemri, and Vampire teams will be similarly disappointed. You can see the teams which are in, but several teams are missing, including my beloved Chaos Dwarfs. So eighteen teams in all, of which two are the new Imperial Nobility and Black Orc teams which come in the 2020 box. You’ll probably want to click to enlarge the image and see all the teams clearly: However the article included this poster, showing all the Blood Bowl teams being featured in the new edition. The article itself was fairly bland with some of the playtesters of this edition talking about how great it is. I missed the article on Warhammer Community a few days ago which revealed the teams available in the 2020 edition of Blood Bowl. ![]()
